Membership/Enrollment Application

Who should apply?
Anyone who meets the requirements may apply for Associate and or Full membership.

How to apply?
First, we recommend you visit us at our Monthly Bar Night "and" Monthly Meeting(s).  All applicants applying for membership must complete the on-line membership application and have it presented to the Pledge Master/Mistress with proper signatures and payment of dues.

Membership/Enrollment Application Fees:

$50.00 for Lifetime Associate

$30.00 for "Initial" Pledgeship/Full Membership (dues owed quarterly)
